TERMS & CONDITIONS
As a member of the International Coworking Valencia (ICV) community, you agree to the following rules:
RESPECT
Respect each other and respect the space. Coworking works best when we all share mutual respect. There is zero tolerance for disrespect. If you are observed disrespecting the space, a community member or a staff member, you will be asked to leave and your membership will be suspended.
PHONE CALLS
Phone calls are great. Everyone is welcome to make phone calls – please be considerate of your neighbours and take your calls to the meeting rooms or the rooftop lounge to keep the noise level down in the coworking space.
COFFEE & FOOD
Coffee, tea and food are great. Keep the microwave and the machines clean, throw out your pods and rubbish to its corresponding bin. We all want a clean space so let’s recycle!
INTERNET
Internet is great. Don’t abuse the internet, don’t download the latest Scorsese movie. In the event that the internet is down, please contact a member of the ICV staff and report the issue.
HEAD PHONES
Head phones are great. Do not disturb and respect the people who are wearing headphones. This way we can maintain a sense of personal space without having cubicles and walls.
EVENTS & MEETINGS
Events are great. For non-members using the space for events: you break it, you buy it. If any equipment or furniture is damaged by your event’s attendees, you are responsible for replacing the item. The event space must be returned to its original condition at the end of every event or meeting.
MEETING ROOMS
Meeting rooms are great. Members can book 1 hour and leave a space of another hour until the next reservation. The conference room must be returned to its original condition at the end of every meeting.
RULES FOR DAY PASS USERS:
The day pass gets you access to the space from 9.30AM – 8PM (Mon-Fri)
RULES FOR WEEKLY PASS USERS:
Your membership gets you access to the space from 9.30AM – 8PM (Mon-Fri)
RULES FOR MONTHLY MEMBERS:
Your membership gets you 24/7 access. No guests allowed on weekends and after 8PM (Mon-Fri) unless otherwise approved by a member of the ICV staff.
