Horchata and Fartons Tasting

‘La Horchata’

A typical drink originating right here in Valencia and made in the surrounding fields. It is the most typical cold drink, made of sugar, water and a plant known as ‘chufa’.

Spanish people tend to drink it as a snack, and dip ‘fartons’ into their horchata, an elongated pastry made specifically to accompany the drink (like donuts).
